UX/UI web designer
We are looking for an experienced and creative Web Designer with a strong focus on user experience (UX) to join our team. As a Web Designer - UX, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and intuitive user interfaces for our web-based applications.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to understand user needs and design solutions that meet business requirements
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
- Create designs that reflect best practices in usability and user experience design, incorporating user research and feedback
- Ensure designs are visually appealing, easy to use, and accessible to all users
- Work closely with developers to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented
- Continuously improve and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in UX design for web-based applications
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or InVision
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an understanding of web development best practices
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
